After Morgause died, [Yeah,She died] Morgana went into her whole crying act...But I'm pretty sure she didn't die. Well...I mean it kinda left off with a cliffhanger...We don't know what really happened.

It looks like Morgause dead, but I'm not sure with that. Morgana probably run away with her body, like Morgause did in 2.11. But, we will see it in 4 season ;) ( I think)
