What does the Usami Company 'do' exactly?

It's basically just like any other company. They do building structures(create)and also a separate part of the company (or consider it a another small company owned 의해 the Usami family) is the place where editors work and all that..(don't know exacly what 당신 call those). but 당신 see it at the 2nd to last episode I beleive.
