Cuddy hadn't seen nor talked to House since Lucas's blow up at him in the cafeteria. She didn't hound him down to do his clinic hours because he surprisingly did them and whenever he needed a procedure done he would send one of his lackeys...again. "I remember as we slept, I held my palm softly against your right breast. House arrived at the hospital early, only so he could avoid all contact with Cuddy. He headed straight to the clinic to do his hours. Wilson had seen him and caught up to him.
“Avoiding the boss?” he asked.
House continued and picked up a folder on the way past the nurses station.
“Avoiding me?” he tried again.
“No Jimmy – I just want to sit in an exam room with a folder and do nothing,”

House twirled his cane as he continued to stare down at a stain on the floor.

Cuddy looked up at the doorway to see Wilson staring at her.

"I thought I'd clean his place up...for when he comes back." She said as as she stood up and picked up the hamper.

(Cuddy entered her office, and found House sitting behind her desk.)

It was already 2:30 in the afternoon at PPTH. House was sitting in his chair of laziness. He hadn't gotten much sleep last nite from the faucet leak. The team was off doing lots of tests on a diying patient and wouldn't be back for another 3 hours so he drifted asleep. House dreamt:
"House wake up" Cuddy said shaking House. "I was slee-...Woah! Ummmm Cuddy what are 당신 doing?" House asked. Cuddy was in this mini-mini skirt, a button up 셔츠 and was now closing all the blinds. House couldnt stop smirking at how drunk and passed out she got. It brought back memories of college. He limped out of her room and went and got a wheelchair. When Cuddy arrived home, she didn’t care about the bath; she just threw herself to 침대 and fell asleep.

As she closed her eyes, House was getting off the shower.

He dressed up right on time to answer the phone. Wilson again.

“House, is Cuddy still there?”

“Nope, we may speak freely now… without me getting severely hurt 의해 a madwoman.”

“Wilson, calm down. Nothing happened really.”

Chapter 7 - "The Twist of Events"

She arrived at House's apartment only to find his legs in the place where his door should be. He was asleep half inside, half outside.

She threw her 지갑 sideways and managed to drag him through the apartment (losing one of her heels halfway and throwing the other one off her foot, to balance her height) into his bedroom in about five minutes.
