Huddy will happen and then cameron will go nuts and goes to confront house.This is the point that we will learn that they did sleep together and see a flashback!Then I imagined a dialog:
House:But you are with Chase anyway.
Cam:I was with Chase when we slept together too.That didn't stop you then...
House:What do you want?It meant nothing.We just exchanged fluinds!
Cam:*starts crying*
House:*feels disquised,pittes her,want her to shut up,wants her(your choice) kisses her*

I want to see Cuddy give a bunch of important donors a tour around the hospital, they have a run in with House so she tells them that he's one of the crazy patients who thinks he's a doctor and that Cuddy just lets him "endulge in his fantasy" so long as he dosn't hurt anyone. So the entire episode House will pretend to be a nutcase when he's around the donors, partly for his own enjoyment, partly so Cuddy doesn't fire his ass.
