What was the most disgusting Horror movie 당신 ever saw?

I never actually saw this film, but I saw a 미리 보기 of a movie called "Doll Graveyard" and it looked so nasty!

I watched the trailer for the human 지네, 지 네 and it's alright, but I like gross horror 영화 so it doesn't bother me that much.

Not many 영화 come to mind as it takes quite a bit to gross me out. But I guess if I had to pick one, I would say this movie called Captivity. There was this one scene where a man blends severed body parts in a 믹서 and forces his victim to drink it.

Captivity's very good for me :D. foreseeable for me. I knew who is the killer since 1/3 movie.

I guess Wrong Turn was pretty gross and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I almost forgot, 3 Extremes, it's an Asian horror movie, but it was pretty disgusting, good but disgusting.
