- Write what issues 당신 have with the show. It's great when people write eloquently, but that's not completely necessary. It doesn't have to be in perfect English 또는 even that long. Just write what 당신 feel, because that's the most important thing. 당신 can even just send a postcard with a short note on it if 당신 want.
- Make a copy of your letter and send it as an 이메일 too. Even though we think physical letters will work better, there's still no harm in sending emails as well.
- Write "The Headband Project" on the front of the envelope. That way we can make them aware of the fact that there is a campaign. The CW probably get letters from many upset fans, but perhaps not so frequently. Therefore, they might not take them so seriously, and don't even bother to read them all. However, if they receive many letters with the same 제목 on them, it might catch their attention.
- If 당신 don't live in the States, send your letter five 또는 seven days earlier, to make sure it arrives about the same time as the others. However, if 당신 don't get a chance to send it 또는 maybe forget to do it, send it anyway. It's not the worst thing if some of them arrive later than we wanted. The reason why we prefer that they do, is because we think it will be 더 많이 effective.

Also: die Briefe kommen noch am selben Tag, spätestens aber am nächsten Morgen ins Flugzeug und brauchen dann 3 bis 5 Tage um ausgeliefert zu werden. Mein Postmensch meinte eben zu mir, dass bei LA ein Umschlagsposten von der Post ist, dementsprechend sollten die Briefe dann gleichzeitig mit denen von 굴, 덴 anderen Headbands Girls hier ankommen.
