INGREDIENTS:

1 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium sweet onion, diced
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cups chicken stock
1 (8-ounce) can 토마토 sauce

BLT CHOPPED SALAD
yield: 4 SERVINGSprep time: 10 MINUTEScook time: 10 MINUTEStotal time: 20 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS:
4 slices bacon, diced
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced
1 cup 체리 tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup 옥수수 kernels
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

FOR THE 라임 VINAIGRETTE
1/4 cup 올리브 oil
1/4 cup 사과, 애플 cider vinegar
Zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed 라임 juice
2 teaspoons sugar, 또는 더 많이 to taste

DIRECTIONS:
To make the vinaigrette, whisk together 올리브 oil, 사과, 애플 cider vinegar, 라임 zest and juice, and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add 베이컨 and cook until brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, corn, goat cheese and bacon. Stir in 라임 vinaigrette.
Serve immediately.
