So...

Well, I'm not a liberal (I just tend to agree with them in issues like feminism), so I never had the initial opposition to her just on the basis of her being republican. It was clear that McCain was just picking a female running mate to grab votes from women who would have voted for Clinton, but I could get behind a woman entering a powerful position like VP. I actually liked her during the election, but have since come to dislike her for her politics. I do think the bashing of Sarah Palin is incredibly overblown and it is sometimes hard to separate feminism and misogyny from the anti-Palin camp. I respect her as a basically normal woman who managed to gain entry into national politics, and do think that is feminist. As for her being anti-choice, I see where she's coming from even if I don't agree with her. She views abortion as murder and so fights passionately against its legalization. I disagree with that entirely, but given her perspective I don't see it as anti-feminist per se even if it harms what the main feminist movement is doing. I think she can be a feminist, anyway.

Wow she just irks me. I have absolutely no problem with people dicussign their opinions but she has no idea what she;s talking about. Not to mention she's in that crazy 차 party racist group

She has a right to be a feminist if she decides to. But her idea of anti choice goes against a huge reason for feminism, it's kind of hypercritical to me. I wouldn't follow her either. She's an imbecile, that has no real grasp on what real feminism is.
