As of yet we have no judges. Judges are chosen on a volunteer basis. If we have 더 많이 supply than demand (we need three), then it's tradition (according to how it was done two years ago) to pull the names out of the hat, choosing three judges and two alternates. I do not think we will have 더 많이 supply than demand, though.
