What exactly makes a pending club become an official club?

I know that a club has to have an 아이콘 and banner first, and that it needs to have a certain amount of content and fans/members first. Are there any other requirements? Is the exact number of 팬 and contributions known, 또는 does it differ from club to club, 또는 at different times? Does it matter whether the contributions are of different types - images, videos, 기사 etc?

I also wonder that myself sometimes. I think it’s not that much related to the number of fans. For instance, the Anya Taylor-Joy club recently turned into an “official” club and it only has 25 fans. It’s probably 더 많이 related to contributions, 더 많이 specifically how often they are added and how 인기 they are. I think clubs that generate views regularly have 더 많이 chances to turn into official clubs. But of course those are just speculations. Not sure if everyone has ever solved the pending club mystery.
