Yes. I have a similar problem to yours. But, rather than not being able to submit, I need a shorter response.

I've been having that issue (but it also gets rid of my 링그 when I update it that way). I'm getting fed up with it.

당신 have to shorten some of your responses like your 가장 좋아하는 책 또는 authors 또는 your 가장 좋아하는 영화 또는 song artists. After shortening these, it should allow 당신 to 제출하기 it. If this still doesn't work, refresh the page a couple of times. I had the exact same thing happen. Hope this helps!
