Could someone pleease help me about the new Gif icons??

I try to 업로드 them on 팬팝 and it doesn't let me. It will let me 업로드 other types of 이미지 but but not gif. Whenever I try to 업로드 a gif it tells me my internet isn't connected 또는 the site 주소 doesn't exist. What the heck do I do??
