Give it time- 당신 have been a member for three months. people get lots of props saying "hey happy i-brushed-my teeth-today-day OMG LOL *_*" and they mean nothing. people use props as message boards "hey hunni how ru!?" and those mean nothing..and i saw 당신 got prop spammed after this and well..those arent real props either. neither are "thanx for the props/being my fan". all of those mentioned should be handled 의해 private messages 또는 on chat.
the real purpose of props (and 의해 that i mean the way there were intended when introduced) is that people have a chance to say "well done on those 퀴즈 질문 당신 posted..it was fun answering them" 또는 "great 아이콘 당신 게시됨 i was looking for some of XYZ for ages". they are like a pat on the back from the community of fanpoppers. otherwise they wouldnt be props they would be 랜덤 "restricted to 500 characters" messages.
당신 can do loads for props and people still might not give 당신 them. The problem is that other people give 당신 props and that is how 당신 get them. People come and visit your 집 site and there is a little bar with Home, Videos, images, links, articles, forum,picks, 퀴즈 and 답변 then props. someone (appart from yourself) can click on props and decide to prop either videos, links, 답변 picks and all sorts. Try it on someone and 당신 will see. It is really easy once 당신 get the hang. hope this helps =D
I only try to give props when the material is worth it. Like if a video a person made/found is really good 또는 an 기사 is well written. Also, I have mostly gotten props for my 비디오 I made 또는 코멘트 I have made. If 당신 answer things completely in a well though out way people will give 당신 props as well.
Try to contribute good things and people will give 당신 them! 또는 be the first to give props and people will give them back! Anyway I already gave 당신 a lot of props:)
