I really like Ariel. She's actually grown on me quite a bit, but the others are just a bit more special to me.

Belle just...wasn't entertaining to me as a kid. My first initial thought of Belle was "she's boring." A large number of Belle's fans have soured my perspective of her as an adult.

I'm not fond of Tiana at all either.

Merida's fans have also soured some of my perspective on Merida.

Fanbases of these three princesses ( who all claim that these are the most feminist) just make me wince.

Belle, Tiana, and Merida are my top 3 and I don't believe I've ever claimed any of them are the most feminist? I think Mulan gets that prize. If anything, I think that Belle and Tiana are less feminist than most fans consider them to be.
