One of my favourite episodes of 수퍼내츄럴 (w/ Castiel) is Mommy Dearest. I mostly think this because is such a relief with Cass. He was in that season so rarely and even when he was, the Winchesters just called him to bark orders 또는 ask for help. They were treating him like part of the team again.
I also liked the fact that he was striped of all of his angelic powers. My favourite form of Cass was him as a fallen 앤젤 and it was kind of like that again. He needed the Winchesters as much as they needed him (at the time) which is how it should be.
The only thing I was a bit irritated about was how Dean refused to listen to Castiel when he warned them about the bigger picture. Castiel is an angel. An. Angel. Don’t 당신 think he know a little bit 더 많이 about this kind of stuff than 당신 do? Of course he was right all along. Put some faith in the poor guy and let him call the shots once and a while. He knows what he’s doing.
Onward. This episode had some awesome Dean/Cass friendship scenes, starting from the very beginning. “Cass, get outta my ass.” Awesome. But that wasn’t even my favourite part of it. My favourite part was the scene where Castiel was in handcuffs and was being attack 의해 the Jefferson Starship. How Dean immediately went to Cass and chopped the thing’s head off. Then Castiel repays the favour right away 의해 killing the one the was on 상단, 맨 위로 of Dean. 사랑 it.
I wanted 더 많이 episodes like this one. In season six though, like Rachael had said, they called him when they needed something. It was good to see them working as a team before their relationship went to hell.
