Can I still be SPIRITUAL without religion?
Some people don't understand how one can have spirituality without a belief in a god but the two do not need to be related. Buddha, the founder of Buddhism, is considered to be one of the most spiritual figures in human history. Buddha never expressed 또는 supported a belief in a god.
