It doesn't bother me if it's done once or twice, but if it's done way too much, then I get annoyed by it. A lot.

Tsunderes annoy me a lot and in general I hate how in anime, a girl beating a boy is constantly played for laughs. I know it isn't supposed to be taken seriously and it can be funny occasionally I guess, but when the guy is left bleeding on the floor, it makes me kinda uncomfortable, and I'm a girl.

sometimes its entertaining. But in some animes, they get hit way too much. FOr example, in Soul Eater, whenever MAka hits SOul or Blackstar, it's funny. Cuz her's or their faces are hilarious. But in Girls Bravo its annoying when Kiriei hits that boy, (forgot is name) because she does it every freaking episode

It completely depends on what the situation is, how hard she punches him and how many times she punches him.
Tsunderes (and Himederes) like Mio from MM and Louise from The Familiar of Zero annoy me a lot. Mostly because they're giving tsunderes bad reputation.
A tsundere is a character who acts cruel, but is a sweetheart on the inside, not some sort of psychopath who takes joy in beating someone up. A good mangaka should most definitely be able to create a tsundere and give them a good character development without making them so violent.

Kinda funny.

If it's happening every minute it can get slightly annoying but I don't mind.

if he deserves it it's fun but most of the time it's not the case so :P

I usually don't like wild/crazy tsunderes but Taiga Aisaka from Toradora! is an exception.

Most of the time it is over acted, like they are not hitting as hard as it shows it. It is just for comedy reasons. If they really left them black and blue with big round bumps over their faces and even bleeding, well they'd be suspended or arrested. I never take it seriously, unless they actually hurt them.

Look at K-On, Mio is always popping Ritsu on the head, leaving a comical round bump. But it is always gone the next scene. I see it as you bumping or punching your friends shoulder, you don't actually hurt them.
