and black. In most animes I watch they're usually the badass characters :)

I think blue hair'd anime characters look the best if that's what you mean.

Now if you mean what color hair most of my favorites have then it's blonde (Beatrice, Temari, and Medusa), black (Lust & Michiko), and purple (Uryuu). Not sure if Nehelenia would be considered black or blue.
