Chapter 1: The Truth
第1章: 真理
In the dark night, a man in a suit with a hat covering his face was walking the streets of the Shibuya District. It was quite odd, as his clothing looked much outdated due to the modern standards of Japanese culture. The man in the suit walked down the street, whistling an odd tune… It sounded like child’s lullaby, only, 더 많이 twisted. Much people who passed this odd man were quiet confused, some even a little scared, as he did not seem to fit in with the modern age. The man in the suit walked off the streets and into an alley way. There, he pulled off his hat and took a sigh of relief. There, his head revealed two large horns. The man then took out a map and looked over it. He was quiet confused, as he was not used to this new age sort of maps, but, he would figure it out eventually. He was determined to find and kill the Death Angel.
Sakashi woke up the 다음 morning with only wanting to get back to bed. It was much too early for this sort of stuff. Of course, Sakashi did have to go to school, even if he didn’t like it. No, he loathed it. He was not a 인기 kid, he was a loner. But his worst fear was talking to girls. He was much better with just sticking to grades and nothing else. He got through his shower, clothing, and breakfast and glumly walked to school. He was starting to get tired of this place, but there was nothing he could do. He walked through the small little neighborhood that was his own, slowly walking to school. He really didn’t see the point of going. His knowledge was at an advanced level and he knew 더 많이 than what he was taught 의해 the teachers. He just wish he didn’t have school.
Before he knew it, he was standing in front of the three story school. Sakashi walked across the school yard and then into the school itself. Inside, dark blue lockers were lined up against the walls, that seemed to go on forever. Sakashi walked toward his locker, numbered 777. He turned the dial to the correct combination (07-17-27) Sakashi was getting real tired of this crap, having to wake up to do the same thing everyday. He just wish there was 더 많이 exciting things to life. As he was walking to his class, he heard the voice of the principal say over the intercom “Would Sakashi Yoratori please come to the principal’s office. Thank you”.
Sakashi then thought to himself “What would Principal Hiroshi want with me…. well, I guess I’d better go see him”.
Sakashi was sitting in Principal Hiroshi’s office. It was a large room with no color, pictures, 또는 anything. It was just a big white room. There wasn’t even a window. All there was was Principal Hiroshi’s 책상, 데스크 (Painted white) And a small little chair in the front (Also painted white). Sakashi was sitting there when Principal Hiroshi finally walked in, with his large moustache, skinny appearance, and shiny bald head. Principal Hiroshi said, “So, Sakashi, I hear 당신 sick”.
Suddenly, as if for no reason, Hiroshi grabbed Sakashi’s head and looked over him, before finally letting go and saying, “You don’t look sick to me, Mr. Yoritori. Is this some excuse for 당신 to get out of school”?
Sakashi was, without a doubt, confused. Sakashi then said, “What do 당신 mean, Principal Hiroshi”?
Principal Hiroshi scoffed and said, “I believe that a man came by, saying he was your uncle, came to see you”.
This was too odd. Sakashi never remembered having an uncle. He always thought both his parents were only children. Suddenly, a voice said, “Ah, there’s my young nephew”.
Suddenly, an odd looking, but well dressed man walked in, with his cane tapping as he walked in front of it. The man was wearing a high class suit with a long tophat. It was as if he came from the past. The man looked up, with his dark eyes, and said, “Hello, Sakashi. I’m sure we never met. I am your uncle, Diashi”.
The man looked very intimidating, as if he weren’t human at all. Diashi then turned to Principal Hiroshi and said, “Now, I do believe I am to take my nephew to an appointment of dentistry.”
Confused 의해 his odd speech, Principal Hiroshi decided to let this man take Sakashi. Sakashi would have said something, but he was curious if his parents were keeping something from him, so, he was willing to see who this man is. Besides, something about him seemed… off
Sakashi was following Diashi outside of the school. Diashie said, “So, 당신 know who I am, don’t you?”
Sakashi, a little confused, said, “Um… no, I don’t”.
With that, Diashi threw Sakashi against a 벽 and said, “You should know. I’m a demon, kiddo. I heartless, soulless, evil demon”.
Diashie then took his hat off to reveal large black horns on 상단, 맨 위로 of his head. Diashie said, “And, do 당신 know who 당신 are?”
Sakashi was horrified. He could not believe what he was staring at. It just couldn’t be real. But, here it was, a man with large horns sticking out of his skull. Diashie said, “You, Sakashi, are a Death Angel.”
Sakashi dared to speak, “W-what is a Death Angel?”
Daishie, now having a sadistic smile, said, “Well, lets hope 당신 don’t find out”. With that, he raised his hand into the air. Sakashi was both scared and confused at what was happening. Suddenly, Diashi’s hand turned into a large sword. Now Sakashi was petrified with horror. How could anyone turn their own hand into a sword. But, before he could continue thinking, Diashi swung the sword downward and……. Nothing. Sakashi opened his eyes to see a hand gripping the sword hand that was Diashi’s. Then, as if with inhuman strength, the hand shattered the sword into pieces. Diashi screamed in pain and turned to see who this person was. There stood a man in a white coat, white hat, and worse a white scarf, as if he was made of snow. The man looked at Diashi to reveal his pale white eyes. Diashi then turned his other hand into a sword and said, “Who the hell are you?”
The man simply just stood there, looking at Diashi with a blank expression. Diashi, angered now, said, “Fine then. Die, mortal!”
Before he could prepare to swing, the man in white lifted up his hand to reveal he did not have a hand, but rather a large mini gun. Diashi froze in horror at the sight. Diashi said, “No…. it can’t be……. Another one.”
With that, Diashi ran as fast as he could, running from the man. The man aimed at Diashi as he ran and fired. The mini gun fired pure white bullets, each one flying at Diashi. Then, they penetrated Diashi’s flesh. The bullets cutting through his skin. But, instead of blood, a dark black oozey liquid came from Diashi’s body. Before anyone knew it, Diashi’s body was nothing 더 많이 than a black gooey form. The mini gun turned back into a hand and turned to Sakashi, who was shaking in terror. The man said in a calm voice, “Are 당신 Sakashi?”
Sakashi, still frightened, shook his head in a positive answer. The man said, “My name is Girosha. I am a Death Angel, just like you.”
Sakashi said, “B-but what is a Death Angel?”
Girosha said, “I see 당신 don’t know yet……. Well, if 당신 must know, then allow me to tell you. A Death 앤젤 is an 앤젤 from Heaven who is assigned to come to Earth and protect it from demons who wish to turn the world into darkness. Each Death 앤젤 has a different power. Like 당신 just saw, I can transform my hands into any firearm. There are two different types of Death Angels. There are those Death 천사 born in Heaven, who only come to Earth for their job, and go back once the job’s done. Then, there are the Earth born, who are able to live on Earth, but are unable to enter Heaven. 당신 are a Death 앤젤 because of your family is one”.
Sakashi said, “But…. my parents would have told me if I was one.”
Girosha was silent for a moment and said, “Death 앤젤 blood skips a generation…. It was passed down to 당신 의해 your grandfather”.
