Kate visiting Winston's grave
While Kate was walking to her dad's grave, she thought to herself, 'Wow, it's been such a terrible 년 with death, first Tony(he died of old age), then Garth(he died in a hunting accident along with two other wolves) and now Winston'.
Finnaly, she had gotten to her destination, her father's grave. She went a grabbed a 꽃 with her mouth, and carried it to her father's grave. A tear ran down her cheek as she said several prayers for her dad. Her dad was burried in the same graveyard as TOny and Garth, infact, Winston was only several graves over.
She wondered if Humphrey had already told Dennis and Christie. She wondered if anyone else would die anytime soon. 질문 like that kept popping into her mind. Thge pain of losing her father was very intense on her, Eve and Lilly.
Kate began to remember memories of her and her father, from the time she was just a pup, to the 일 before he died. This gave her a headache. It pained her so much she had to go home, so she once again set off for home.
When she got home, she was greeted 의해 Dennis, Christie, and Humphrey. Then she noticed that three other 늑대 were there too, Lilly and her son Camaron. Eve was there too.
"Mom, I'm so sorry to hear that grandpa died." Dennis said trying not to cry.
"Kate, can I talk to 당신 outside for a second?" Eve asked.
"Sure, why not." Kate replied wondering what it was about.
The two 늑대 went outside together and Eve began to speak.
"Kate, now that your father has passed away, I can't run the pack 의해 myself anymore, I need 당신 and Humphrey to take my place. Hutch already agreed to train Humphrey how to be an alpha wolf." Eve said, somewhat worried.
"Ok then, does Humphrey know?" Kate replied somewhat worried and somewhat excited.
"Don't worry, he knows" Eve replied.
"Ok then" Kate said.
"Well, let's go back inside then Kate." Eve said.
"Ok, I'll be there in a sec." Kate replied.
After Eve went inside, Kate walked to the edge of the cliff and whispered, "Take care dad", and then she walked back inside her den.

Oh, to gaze up in the sky,
Looking at the lights near and far.
But to be here sitting 다음 to you,
Is like wishing upon a star.
As the moon shines down on us,
The night suddenly becomes bright.
It is like 일 again,
But to be here with 당신 feels so right.
당신 giggle and laugh with a snort,
A little smirk of some sort,
Then 당신 look into my eye
and tears come, making 당신 cry.
As I hold 당신 in my arms, I never want to let go,
당신 feel safe, at home.
당신 calm down until sleep takes in,
It took 당신 without one to know.
Oh, to gaze up in the sky,
Looking at the lights near and far.
