I continued walking down my slope. The pebbles I stepped on bothered my pads, but I decided not to show it. The wind suddenly blew strong. The bangs over my right eye then covered both of my eyes. I quickly brushed them away back onto my right eye. Kate saw me walking down the slope. Her eyes lit up and she rushed up to my side. “Hi!” She exclaimed, turning around to match my direction. “Hey…” I replied back. “How did 당신 sleep?” She asked me, warmly. “I slept fine thanks…” Ask her how she slept! Came a voice in my head. “How did 당신 sleep?” I replied back quickly. “I slept great!” She replied, smiling ear to ear. “You wouldn’t believe how Lilly and Hutch were acting… Ha! 당신 would think she liked him! She always rushed up to him, and then she would ask these stupid questions…” She laughed. I snickered… I didn’t want to make so that I didn’t get her humor 또는 I didn’t like her, but I did like her. In, a… Friend sort of way. She smiled at me again, upon hearing me laughing. “So, how are you?” She asked me. We had just reached the bottom of my slope. “Well, I’m good, nothing hurting at the moment…” I smiled. She nodded. Kate apparently decided to ask me something. “When our responsibilities take place, do 당신 want to do them together today?” She sort of cringed when she asked me that. I nodded. “Sure!” I replied. I felt a huge sigh of relief coming from her. I then saw a huge group of girls. All of their eyes lit up when they saw me approaching. I didn’t even have to walk over to them.

They didn’t stop me, because they liked me. One of them, Jamie, pressed against my left side. Kate was on my right so no one even dared to go there. “What’s new girls?” I asked. “Well…” Came one. “I have some new news on Hutch and Lilly!” Came another. As we socialized, it attracted the attention of Humphrey. An omega… He walked over. “Hiya! What’s the hubbub about?” He asked, sitting down, his hind legs straight out so the bottom of his paws would be visible. The greeting for him wasn’t as warm. “Hey Humphrey… Hi…” I almost laughed at the difference. “So, Kate! What does your dad have planned for 당신 today?” I asked. “Well, first, we’re tracking the caribou, then we’re going to renew the borders, and finally we’re going hunting…” “We?” Humphrey asked, obviously jealous. “Yeah! Seth and I are going to be doing our regular responsibilities together today!” That statement, changed Humphrey’s happy face to a 쓴, 쓰라린 and jealous one. That statement, also aroused the group of girls crowded around me and prompted a fresh wave of exclamations.

Later that morning, after the social group, made 의해 myself, Kate and the females, had dispersed, it was time for our daily chores. The first chore required 3 wolves. We approached the valley. Eight began telling us about his life, earlier before he got to the pack… The birds flew overhead as if they had somewhere to go. It’s fine… It was better than doing nothing…” He replied back, warmly. “Kate and I are going to go renew the scent markers…” I explained. Eight paused before answering. “Would that be a bit inappropriate to do that with the opposite sex?” He asked, raising one eyebrow. “No? Why?” Kate asked, annoyed. Eight rolled his eyes. “Nevermind… I’ll see 당신 two ‘round…” He finished, turning around. He slowly padded away.

Kate and I walked through dense forests towards the northern borders of our territory. The contented tweets of birds filled the air as we passed many bird nests and rabbit holes… We reached the edge of our territory. I padded to the closest 나무, 트리 and did as I was supposed to. Kate did so as well, but I looked away as she did… We spent over an 시간 doing that and 의해 that time, we were exhausted and couldn’t go anymore… We proceeded back to our camp so that we could 신고 our tracking results, and then assemble a hunting party. Kate spent most of her time close to me on the walk back for some reason. She cracked a few jokes and asked me what I enjoyed doing in my spare time. I replied back, “I like training and exercise…” She simply replied to me… “Sounds cool!” It was, indeed cool and fun. All that conditioning and practice earned me the right to get any girl I wanted… That was indeed very good.
