Anxiety problems?

I've been feeling really nervous and anxious lately, and it doesn't feel good. But I don't have anything to be nervous about. I've gone over everything that will happen in the 다음 couple days, nothing to be worried about, yet I still feel anxious and sick. Is this bad? And what's something 당신 do to calm yourself down?
