Yeah, 당신 should! Some chances never come again! For example, if 당신 find soemthing he lieks like 당신 do, start a mini conversation like with a compliment 또는 a question. 또는 try to get involved with the same things\groups like him. Or,(xD) just talk to him. It´s better though to be around 95 percent sure he likes 당신 back before 당신 tell him, it could be rlly embarrasing. i had the same problem two months 이전 but the boy i liked was in my bus and i known him from 3 years.
so, i think that 당신 have to confess to him either 의해 talking to him 또는 의해 giving him a letter like i did :)
