How do 당신 forget someone?

i keep thinking about my ex... and its driving me crazy!! i just want to forget about him! like once when i tried to get him out of my head.. i started banging my head against a 표, 테이블 at school(during lunch) and my 프렌즈 of coarse tried to stop me but yea i banged my head so i could possibly lose my memory of him!! cause its just painful to think about him and its hard!! i just dont want to remember anything about him!! how do i do that!! like get a serious head injury... so i can not remember anything!! cause i realy just dont want to tihnk abou him!! but i see him all the time at school! and its hard not to remembr the good times we had!! i really need help!! :(

someone told me that remembering is one way of forgetting. i think it means do not avoid him 또는 your memories of him instead try to remember until 당신 get use to the pain and eventually you'll forget all your feelings for him. i know its hard and painful but trying so hard to forget him as quickly as 당신 could won't help 당신 because 당신 cannot rush things especially if 당신 have strong feelings for this guy. just let time heal all your wounds.
for the meantime, 당신 may try to do something that could distract 당신 또는 hung out with your friends/people who could always get your attention.

It really hurts 당신 to have them in your head...But 당신 have to be strong...go out and find someone new...live life a little better....go out more....hang out with your 프렌즈 more....be a new you, in a way....Hope I helped...
