From the translations on gonzo i can fairly say that if the season 3 is not aired around december, then it will be april 2011/september. it is confirmed that they are producing it, but are not sure when it will be released.
oh ya! i found an old issue of shonen jump with a feature on rosario vamp! lol its on the first volume of season 2 manga of RV lol well wen the 3rd season comes out someday well all be like FINNALLY MAN!!! XD so lets just have fun and watch anime/manga. X)
