Are fanpoppers allowed to publicly ask others to help them get a medal?

There's a Fanpopper who created a 투표 asking for people to help them get a medal on that certain club. I read somewhere that it's against 팬팝 rules , but I'm not sure. It really bugs me when there is a 투표 that doesn't directly relate to the fanspot itself. Should I 신고 the poll, 또는 just leave it? Am I overreacting?

People are, I guess, allowed to do it publicly, but they will be vilified and humiliated, and some asshole like me will make sure everyone knows what a cheating douche they are.

I would definitely 신고 it. And I would write in the notes that it is begging for help in medal whoring. I would also leave a rude comment, but thats just happy-go-lucky me :D
