I remember visiting this website once...
It was called X-Men: Apocalypse Eyeing A-Listers For Jean Grey, Newcomers For Cyclops | Comicbook.com
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
star Chloë Grace Moretz is among three big-name young actresses being considered for the role of Jean Grey in
, while Cyclops will likely be cast with a relative newcomer,
The other Jean Grey candidates are reportedly Elle Fanning and Oscar-nomineeHailee Steinfeld, while Ben Hardy, Charlie Rowe and Timothée Chalamet are up for Cyclops, according to multiple, unnamed sources.
Hardy is a British soap opera actor, best known for his role as Peter Beale on
TheWrap also said that the Jean Grey role may open up a bit, with some other names being considered -- less seriously so far, but there\'s a chance Fanning may not even pursue the role.
Fanning played Kiki George in the pilot for ABC\'s short-lived primetime soap
, but didn\'t carry that role over to the series -- where it went to Moretz.
The roles were originally played by Famke Janssen and James Marsden, who returned for
. While most of the film will take place in the 1980s with younger versions of the characters, it isn\'t clear whether Janssen and Marsden might return for a small role.
Quicksilver, who seems to have become the breakout character form X-Men: Days of Future Past, has [...]

Chloe Moretz should be Jean Grey while the last two guy candidates would work best for Cyclops (easier to convince that they are younger versions of Marsden)
If they can keep the quality at DOFP and First Class level, I\'m all for keeping the rights with Fox.
Charlie Rowe and Chloe Grace Moretz all the way out of those listed.
I took one look at these three and said, "No." Just no.
So does this mean no younger Storm for the movie? That sucks if so.
They\'ve said she\'ll be in it. I think this just means that either these two are being cast first, or that they already know who they want for Storm so there\'s no shortlist to leak.
I seriously love Chloe. She was great in kick-ass and Let the Right One In. However, I really think she would make a poor Jean. First, she already played a telekentic character in that dreadful Carrie remake. It would be awfully repetitious (plus she just didn\'t sell me on that performance). I\'d be more inclined to see that Steinfeld girl get it. I like her look. She\'s more "girl next door" like Jean Grey.
I like Chloe the best of the lot but yeah that True Grit girl is the right one for this role. Chloe will be busy with that new YA movie coming out soon.
I think Hailee Steinfield would be better, she is a better actress and like Ljubljana said, fits Jean\'s image more.
Also, that Steinfield girl has already been nominated for an Oscar. She can act, even if Ender\'s game was a very bad movie.
None of these girls. . I like them in different movies abut not as jean. They dont have the right look.
I think Elle Fanning would be good. She has that genuine sweetness that make for a good young JG.
Yeah, coz there are high standards for Female Mutant on Xmen Movies. Oscar nominee is a must. Look at Halle Berry, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page and Jennifer Lawrence.
Charlie Rowe! He\'s fit for younger Marsden. And he\'s good in Red Band Society.
