Misserable...

Ok, surprise here, this has nothing to do with a book 또는 an assignment. 당신 don't have ta keep 읽기 this.
I just need help to know if anyone else is 또는 has been in my place. I had given a guy something I could never take back. Along with my heart. But after 8 and a half months of dating and a misscarriage misshap.. oops... we finally decide to split. or, he does at least. I hate the idea. But I am trying to save myself from severe self harm and pain. Here's my question...
How do 당신 tell your mind to stop loving someone when your 심장 still does?

Your mind and your 심장 can completely disagree with each other. Even if your mind says "stop", your 심장 can still say "go".
Trying to force your 심장 to stop loving someone is pointless and it might even make it hurt more.

The 심장 itself is impossible to control and is unpredictable. Maybe your 심장 will fall high over heels in 사랑 with another guy already 다음 month. 당신 never know.

Your mind and 심장 will have to work together to 옮기기 on. If 당신 think about him (too much), 당신 will only remind your 심장 that you're heartbroken. Something 당신 should do is try to keep your mind on something else, whether it's a pet, friends, hobbies etc. While your mind is busy thinking about other things, your 심장 can recover from the heartbreak peacefully.

Support from 프렌즈 and family is always good. Having your loved ones supporting 당신 through a heartbreak can help 당신 focus and help your 심장 recover faster. 당신 know, to "fill the hole" in your heart.

One important thing 당신 should think about is not trying to rush things. The 더 많이 당신 사랑 someone, the harder it is to let go. 당신 need to take one step at the time. If 당신 think 당신 can't do it alone, 당신 should turn to a loved one for help.

I hope my answer helped a bit 또는 at least made some sense and I wish 당신 good luck.
If 당신 need someone to talk with and your 프렌즈 또는 family members are busy, we're all ears.
