Are Teto Kasane and Teto Sakebi the same UTAUloid?

I saw this somewhere and I'm wondering if they're the same 또는 not. Could Teto have a twin sister 또는 is Sakebi her middle name (or another name for her)?
They kind of look the same, except for Kasane has brown like eyes, hair is 더 많이 pink, less curly and Sakebi has red/pink like eyes, hair is 더 많이 curly and red than Kasane's. They're voices are also different too. If they're the same 또는 twins please give a reasonable answer. Thank you!
