Voted yes as in I think she will never have a family, but by that I mean I don't think she will have a mate or cubs of her own. However, she does still have a family of sorts - being a blood relative to Kovu, who ends up with Kiara, Vitani is technically a member of the royal family!

Her daughter is alive.
My son Konra made a friend recently. But when I saw her, I could just tell there was something different about her. So, I looked through the paintings, and sure enough, this Kutoka he was hanging out with was Vitani and Kopa's daughter. I'm still figuring out how to tell her.
