Dylan Walsh is best known for his starring role on the award-winning 텔레비전 series, "Nip/Tuck."

His additional 텔레비전 credits include a starring role in "Brooklyn South," on the Network, a recurring role on "Everwood," and appearances in the 텔레비전 영화 "Final Voyage" and "More Than Meets the Eye: The Joan Brock Story." Walsh made his feature film debut in "Where the 심장 Is." His other film credits include "Secretariat," "The Stepfather," "Prom Night," "The Lake House," "We Were Soldiers," "Just Add Water," and the independent film "Par 6."

Born in Los Angeles, Walsh spent the first 10 years of his life in Africa, India and Indonesia with his parents, who were in the United States Foreign Service. His family later settled in Annandale, Va.

He made his 연기 debut in high school, appearing at the Arena Stage and the Studio Theatre in Washington, D.C. Although he was an English major at the 대학 of Virginia, he spent most of his time in the theater department, and appeared with the Heritage Repertory Company in "A Midsummer Night's Dream," "Curse of the Starving Class," "Romeo and Juliet," "Death of a Salesman" and "Our Town."
