I think that she is a great actress and celebritys have done a lot worse things than smoking pot.

It's a bad influence, yes, but others have done worse, and no kristen = NO NEW MOON. I might die!

she was signed to do new moon and eclispe before she was caught. and it wasn't confirmed if she was smoking "pot" despite the pictures. but I agree, it is a bad influence for the young ones who look up to her. I'm not saying it's right, but it isn't enough of a reason to break the contract she had with summit.

Kristen is just too good of an actress to not play Bella. Plus she made Bella HER part.

I really don't think it should matter, people have done a lot worse. I mean yes it isn't a very good influence but it doesn't mean she shouldn't be in New Moon.

I'm not exactly a fan of Kristen. BUT I think she should act on as Bella in the Twilight series movies. She is kinda a bad influence on 'kids' . But I think if they actually changed 'Bella' with a new actress, a disagreeement might probably break out as there are fans who support kristen as Bella ( who don't give a damn on her personal life), which might actually lead to a boycott. An event the producers of the Twilight series movies will never want to happen.

Ok, yes smoking pot is bad and all, but thats her life. Its her choice to smoke, they can't throw her off a moive or rip up her contract just because she was smoking! Thats her life,and another thing, she isn't use to being so followed around yet. Like this is her bigest moive since The messagers. And even in that she didn't get TOTALY noticed yet. Now that everyone knows who she is, and people are starting to look up to her, and like her work at acting. Yes she is going to take notcie in that and mabye stop smoking. But if you didn't know that both Rob and Kristen smoke and drink...where have you been hiding?

In Rob's moive The haunted Airman, he smoks about 5 0r 6 times in that moive. He was caught in many mingtclubs drinking and smking. So if Summit reales Kristen it's only fair to Relase Rob too. They wouldn't let go of BELLA AND EDWARD! the two most important charcherts in the moive. Becuase then nobody would want to see it anymore because we have fallen in love with these two actors.

Kristen should be given some privacy, its her life! Look at Milye cyurs she posted pictures of herself in her bra and underweaer ALL over myspace. She still got to be Hannha Montanna. I think that Hannha has more of a kiddie adunince instead of Twilight.

I bet you half the teens that have seen twilight have at least once in thier life smoked or something we all know what it is and we all know that people do it...seriously grow up if you think that she shouldn't be in twilight cause she SMOKED!!!!

It's a bad influence... but in the acting business it's about your skills, not what you do in your personal life. I love her as Bella, and an actress, but it does kill to see her doing stuff like that... =[

You don't even know if it was pot, she was just smoking at a pipe. We don't know what was inside of it. And by the way, its her problem, her life.
