Turning Charlie into a vampire is the best choice out of these. It's too late for her to fall for Jacob. She had her chance but went kinda mental when Edward left her. And Jacob is over her anyways

By that time (the end of BD), Jacob had imprinted on Nessie so even if Bella had wanted to leave Edward and go to Jake (which I highly doubt she would. Once a vampire finds their true mate they never want to leave them.) he wouldn't want her. He'd be with Nessie.
...I don't think that Bella would agree to that. Too see her father in such pain. If someone said that they had to turn Bella I think that Edward would have rather fought the entire guard than kill her! Maybe if she really had no choice. Like, if they had Renesmee.

I would be interested in this one though, a nomadic vampire turning Charlie. That sounds better than the actual ending! No offence to Charlie of course!
