I love it too but it's kind of annoying. For example I ship House and Cuddy- House, Mac and Stella-CSI: NY, Tony and Ziva- NCIS<<<okay Gibbs is really the main character but they're next in lead characters. Booth and Bones- Bones, Benson and Stabler- SVU, Rush and Valens-Cold Case, Hotchner and Prentiss- Criminal Minds and the list goes on lol.

Not really. Usually I ship one main character with a supporting character. There are exceptions though, of course.

You mean like, the golden couple? I ship the golden couple on every show I watch. Shipping is such a big part of watching a show for me that I can't watch the show if I don't ship the golden couple. Now, I don't necessarily have to ship the popular couples amongst supporting characters. For instance, I don't ship Chameron, Hodgela, or Foreteen, but wouldn't be able to watch those shows if I didn't ship Huddy and B/B.

Yes, I do that but I wouldn't call it a problem. I would think it's pretty natural to want the main characters together.

Apparently a lot of people with my favorite show do though eventhough the two main characters are straight men (I ship the main character with a supporting female). Sometimes I do ship the two main characters if they are guy/girl and seem to have chemistry but I wouldn't consider it a problem.
