Strigoi
Strigoi are 뱀파이어 that distinguish from Moroi in many ways. They are undead, and they are made and not born. While Moroi are very pale, the Strigoi’s skin is chalky white and they have a red ring around their pupils. They no longer have a “moral” personality and while they now have immortality, their personality changes into something vain, cruel, and sadistic with no feelings. All Strigoi have skin that will burn if placed in sunlight. A Strigoi’s thirst for blood is stronger then a Moroi’s is for human blood, but can be satiated with human, Dhampir 또는 Moroi blood. Moroi blood however is what they truly crave and desire the most since it is Moroi blood that gives them so much power.

The Dragomir Family is the smallest with only two living members. From the smallest to the largest, Dragomir is followed 의해 Badica, Conta, Ozera, Tarus, Dashkov, Drozdov, Voda, Lazar, Zeklos, Szelsky and Ivashkov. The Ivashkov family has over 200 members. The eldest member of the family is given the 제목 of Prince 또는 Princess.

The Keepers are a group of humans, Dhampirs, and Moroi who live away from modern society. Usually they live in the secluded woods. The name of the group “The Keepers” could potentially be a play on words about how the group “keeps” the old ways of the Moroi.

When the Moroi became 더 많이 modern, they adapted the modern way of electing their monarch: through elections and tests.

Healing is a spirit ability which has been demonstrated largely 의해 Lissa Dragomir. This is shown in the series as being her best skill as a spirit user. Adrian Ivashkov also displays this power, but in weaker quantities.
Lissa has demonstrated that she can heal any physical wound, although it has been discovered that this ability is rather limited in the way that it cannot be used for mental injuries.
It is applied that one must be very adept at healing to bring someone else back to life. When mentally connected to a spirit user after being brought back to life a person is shadow kissed.
