The noise and laughter blurred as 당신 began to nod off, head on Johnny’s shoulder.
“Hey,” your boyfriend says, gently shaking 당신 awake. “You got to stay up till midnight.”

He glances at the clock. “Five minutes.”
“That’s so long.”

당신 just sit in silence for a couple minutes, taking in the rest of the party as Johnny played with your hair on the couch.
“One 분 left!” Two-Bit yells.
Johnny gently shakes 당신 again. “C’mon babe, sit up.”

“My kiss.” He smirks.
“10, 9, 8…” People start counting down.

He leans in, for a long, sweet kiss.
He pulls away.
“Y/N, I have known 당신 for two years. 당신 are my best friend. I have no idea what I would do without you. So, since I don’t know what I’d do without you…”
He slides off the couch, and gets down on one knee.

“Y/N, would 당신 do the honor of starting off this 년 being my fiancé, and then getting married?”

I chuckle. I was sitting outside of the community college on the steps, waiting for Soda to come pick me up. He was late; as usual.
