I remember visiting this website once...
It was called The Jim Henson Company
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
It\'s A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie
John Denver and The Muppets: A Rocky Mountain Holiday
In February of 2004, The Jim Henson Company transferred the rights and ownership of "The Muppets," and "Bear in the Big Blue House" characters to The Walt Disney Company. You can visit the official Muppets website at www.muppets.com.

There are news reporting for The Jim Henson Company to bring back characters from "The Muppets" and "Bear in the Big Blue House" to be part under license from Disney, Sony Pictures, and Hallmark because Fraggle Rock and some Jim Henson Company properties are joining them, but not characters from Sesame Street or any of The Jim Henson Company's own work done by Craig Bartlett or his company; which means Disney and Sony Pictures won't be buying any more companies but would instead license their rights to worldwide properties and third-party rights characters, don't forget when BBC and Discovery Channel are being merged to form BBC-Discovery Worldwide (and even with their all-children's programming division called BBC-Discovery Kids Worldwide).

Because of the revival of America's motion picture and television industry, "Syndication Factory Productions" is also being established at the end of 2015, which means numerous shows and cartoons from the past in complete series runs under their licensing agreement with The Media Club are being shown on all TV networks and stations worldwide once again in the neartime future, starting around 2017 onwards.
