It was never mentioned in the books, I don't really know.

Piper/Me; Sorry Selena, I just REALLY. DON'T. LIKE. HER! We all need to stop fighting though. Its time we got moving.

Everyone nods and starts moving. I had used charm speak. I didn't like using it, but fighting was getting us no where.
