Mrs Robinson

In "The Impossible Astronaut" the Doctor gives River the code name of Mrs Robinson. English isn't my firs language, so I may have missed the joke... why does he call her that? thank you!

Now it's very common to use "Mrs Robinson" to any woman in a similar situation. I'm sure 당신 have seen parodies of it before :)
