I remember visiting this website once...
It was called The Blacklist - Season 2 Episode 1 - Lord Baltimore
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Where in the World is Lord Baltimore? The Blacklist – Season 2 Episode 1 – “Lord Baltimore”
The Blacklist is finally back after summer vacation! This is a very exciting time for fans of the show. Now lets get down to what happened in the season 2 premier of The Blacklist.
The episode opens with a car chase and lots of shooting in the jungle, a shot from a bazooka ends the chase and we see Red looking relieved in the back seat of the leading car. We are in Cameroon, a country on the west coast of Africa and Red is being brought to the leader, an African dictator named Ybari who is swilling rum. Red is there to make a deal, and he has a huge box of money with him.
Turns out that the Bounty Hunter Berlin hired to kill Red worked for this African dictator and Red is there to call off the bounty hunting. His point is further emphasized by missiles exploding close by and Ybari informs Red that Lord Baltimore was also hired to kill Red. Happy, Red burns the money from the box and walks off with his fedora.
Back in DC, his superiors are disappointed he burned 3 million dollars but pleased he has a lead.
The scene cuts to Keen laying on her bed, half naked, and looking at pictures on the ceiling. She gets up and goes to meet with Red – she is the only person from the department that he will talk to. We learn about Lord Baltimore’s hacker-ish ability to comb through the internet to find little details of information about people to use against them.
Lizzie goes to her FBI team to present this new information. They realize he is a data miner, finding information about people who don’t want to be found. After some digging they find Rowan Mills, a data engineer with irregular bank activity that they want to target for questioning.
They meet with Rowan and question her about the bank activity – she denies everything and claims she is the victim. Her statements are later confirmed; her account was hacked from the outside and all they took was data, which doesn’t make sense because Red has literally no information on the internet.
The camera cuts again to an informant telling his Berlin that Lord Baltimore has found Red – They have an unpleasant altercation when the informant asks for more money, Berlin threatens death if they do not have Red within 24 hours.
Back to Rowan, she receives a phone call from an unknown caller with a computer generated voice telling her that she should not go back to the FBI or she will be killed. She, of course, meets with Keen the next day so they can track the phone call and, after doing so, bring Rowan to the apartment the call was made from.
The pictures and artifacts in the apartment make it seem as if Rowan lives here – Keen accuses her of being Lord Baltimore but she denies everything. Eventually Rowan comes to the conclusion that the apartment must belong to her deceased twin sister – who may not be deceased after all.
Meanwhile, Red is meeting with Cooper, trying to convince him to come back to work. Red bribes him with information and blackmails Cooper by saying he knows what happened in the doctor’s office. After his visit, Red makes his way home and discovers that he is being watched and then shot at from a helicopter.
Red is abducted by a Mossad agent. Their banter devolves into Red learning that he was tracked by his taste in neckties. He is eventually freed by national security.
The FBI agents took Rowan into custody and begin questioning her about things, a key in particular, they found in the apartment. They also go to the extent of contacting Rowan’s mother for more information about the twins. It is revealed that Nora is the more troubled of the twins, she was molested as a child and her inner darkness consumed her personality.
The key found in Rowan/Nora’s apartment belongs to a van that was parked at their mother’s house – Ressler leaves for the house. Also, we learn that Lord Baltimore is not targeting Red, he is targeting Red’s ex wife Naomi Highland.
Meanwhile, Marcus (we find out he is Nora’s buddy) goes to Rowan’s house and plays a record. At the same time Ressler is at the mother’s house. He makes his way to the van parked in the backyard. In the van he finds the body of Nora Mills – but as Rowan is listening to the record play, her personality transforms and she becomes Nora – the audience discovers it is actually Rowan’s body in the car, Ressler just doesn’t know it yet.
Nora is on the move and makes her way to Naomi’s house. The FBI agents are taken down by sniper, and Naomi is taken captive and brought to Berlin. Keen is able to rapidly recover from being shot by  a stun-gun and she runs out of the house and takes down Nora, who has changed back into Rowan by the time they make it to questioning.
Luckily Keen find’s Nora/Rowan’s handler and uncovers the trigger song that changes Rowan into Nora. Nora is back and so is Lord Baltimore. Keen finds the place where Naomi was brought and discovers a man who is barely alive but has a message for Red – “the bluejay on Benning Road, number 604.”
Naomi is under Berlin’s captivity. He snaps a photo of her that he leaves for Red to find. Berlin has gotten away again.
The episode ends with a montage of the characters contemplating the day’s events, Cooper rejoining the team, and Red receiving a gift from Berlin: a phone call and a finger from his ex-wife’s hand.
So, how did I do? Did any of this make sense? Don’t worry, I am going to do some catching up on the series before next week’s episode so that I can be more well informed as to what the heck is going on.
What did you think of the season premiere? Did it live up to your Blacklist standards? Let me know your thoughts in the comment box below.
