Why are Tales of 헤타리아 so unknown?

Tales of 헤타리아 is not that really known well probably because it's a bit new.
If I remember well, Tales of 헤타리아 was only 게시됨 on YouTube this 년 whereas other 헤타리아 RPGs, such as HetaOni and RomaHeta, have been around for, I don't really know, a year? Two years? Tales of 헤타리아 has probably been around for a few months. (From what I know.)
For things too get 인기 and known, they need time along with a good concept, which I already think it has.
