Dean opened the door of the house, wondering if Jo was there, too, 또는 if she had returned home.
“Sammy?” he called, assuming Cas would be asleep. He walked to the 부엌, 주방 and saw Sam sitting with his head in his hands.
“What happened?” Dean asked sharp, already regretting the fact that he left.
“We asked Anna to read Cas, to see if he was being possessed” Sam started tired.
“We?” Dean asked, though he had an idea.
“Meg and I” Sam confirmed Dean’s suspicion. “She’s not here anymore” he added quick when he saw Dean’s face change. “He’s not being possessed. But that’s not all. He swallowed the painkillers the doctor gave you. All of them. Meg- Dean, wait!”
When Sam had told him about the painkillers, he had turned around and ran upstairs to Cas’ room. Cas was sitting on the ground, his hands tied to the bed.
“Dean” Cas said relieved. He pulled a hurt face and showed him his damaged hands. “Can 당신 take these off. Meg did this”
“Why would she do that?” Dean asked, slightly surprised.
“I don’t know. I guess 당신 were right about her. I can’t trust her” Cas replied. Dean hesitated. “Dean, please, my hands really hurt”
“I’m sorry” Dean said and he kneeled 다음 to Cas. He took the bandage off and helped Cas stand up. Cas lifted his hand and punched Dean in the face.
“What the hell?” Dean exclaimed, but before he could recover himself, Cas tied his hands onto the bed. He searched his pockets and found the key of the Impala.
He left the room and raced downstairs. He opened the door and walked outside.
“Sam!” Dean yelled. “Sammy!”

Meg opened the door of a motel room and helped Cas inside. She guided him to the single 침대 and put him down. She gently pushed him down and he opened his eyes a little. She walked to the bathroom and dampened a towel.
She walked back into the room and sank down on the bed. Unlike Meg’s Cas’ clothes hadn’t been restored. Meg opened the ruined and bloodstained hospital 셔츠 and dabbed his wounds with the towel.
Cas groaned from pain.
“You don’t have to do this” he said weak. “I will heal eventually”
“I know” Meg said absent-minded. She stared at Cas’ body. Even with all the cuts he still looked…jumpable.
“But thanks for the gesture” Cas said with a weak smile.
Meg continued nursing his injuries. “You know” she said. “If I was still human, I’d fall for you”
Cas gave her another weak smile, before he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

“You know, I’ve been thinking” Daphne said. “With 당신 around I don’t need a car. Makes things a lot cheaper”
“Can I get 당신 something?” Cas asked.
Daphne shook her head. “You’re here. That’s enough for now”
Cas wasn’t used to that much gratitude and he’d have to adjust to it.
“Actually” Daphne started. “Could 당신 give me the phone? I need to call the locksmith to tell him I won’t be needing his services after all. I gave Zoey her key back”
Cas smiled weak. “I’m glad 당신 made it up with each other”
