"ok" Mosswing began, "this is your first time alone hunting, are 당신 sure your ready?" Mosswing asked?
"Absolutley, posotivley!" Oddpaw exclaimed excitedly!
Mosswing nodded and walked off to hunt in another part of the area, leaving Oddpaw alone. Oddpaw smiled and sniffed the air for prey but instead, picked up the scent of an intruder.
"Strange scent" Oddpaw comented, "smells of rotten crowfood and a she-cat."
Oddpaw sneaked through the undergrowth then pounced on the surprised she-cat. Oddpaw narrowed his pale blue eyes at her. She was medium sized, not to younge not to old, her silver 모피 was matted and dirty, yet it was still as beautiful as if it was clean and shiny, her blue eyes were bright with surprise and as Oddpaw met them he felt his 심장 racing, he had never felt the feeling before, except that one time when Daykit was pushed nearly into him 의해 Maplekit. He had never been this close to an unrelated she-cat before, and he suddenly had the urge to groom his ruffled fur. Yet, Oddpaw knew she was an intruder, and intruders had to be delt with.
"what are 당신 doing on StormClan territory" Oddpaw demanded,tryig to sound tough but the gray she-cat was speachless as there eyes met, neither cat could draw them apart. Oddpaws instincs were to attack and chase her off the territory, but somthing held him back, somthig he couldnt figure out.
Then Oddpaw stepped off her, from pinning her down, and let her stand up. The silver she-cat licked her matted chest 모피 a couple times and while she did so, Oddpaw observed the rest of her. Her shape was similar to Stormstar, same medium-sized muzzel, same unusual black nose, same shinning eyes, same gray tabby pelt, same slim body, and they even shared the same stance, that just screamed they were full of pride and justice.
"Do I know you?" Oddpaw quered? "You seem oddly familiar? and speaking off odd, thats my name! Oddpaw!"
The silver she-cat smiled but remained silent. Oddpaw couldnt take his eyes off her, his loyalty told him to attack yet his instincs told him to do nohing 더 많이 then 질문 her.
finaly the female spoke. "Greetings Oddpaw" her voice croaked as if she hadnt used it in days. The silver she-cat staired down at his deformed paw. "I see why" she meowed calmly then returned her sweet blue gaze to meet his pale blue eyes, they locked eyes for a hearbeat then Oddpaws memory flashed back to Daykit and he slowly drew his eyes away.
"Im Bluepelt" she meowed in her soft soothing voice. I stared at her in surprise, "Blupelt?" I echoed, "thats a warriors name! Are 당신 an ex-clan member of a different clan? Were 당신 exiled?"
Oddpaw found it hard to believe any cat would exile a she-cat as beautiful as she.
The silver tabby didnt answer, I stared at her in pity and walked up to her, laying my tail comfotingly on her shoulder. We met gazes again and I almost found my words 로스트 as i spoke. "If your without a clan, 당신 could always 가입하기 my clan? Our leader Stormstar is very fair! If she sees a ragged rouge like 당신 without a home, I know she'd allow 당신 in!"
Bluepelt opened her mouth as if she was about to say somthing in defense of somthing but when she spoke, she spoke calmly, "Really? You'd do that for me?"
Oddpaw nodded, "sure! Somthing about 당신 seems familiar but i cant put my paw on it......"
Bluepelts eyes glowed, as if she knew what was familiar about her but she remained silent.
Oddpaw opened his jaws to ask her what but was 로스트 on words as he heard a rustle in the undergrowth and Mosswing stepped out.
At first her 모피 bristled but then laid flat as she reconized the silver she-cat. "Bluepelt? Bluepelt! Its you!"
Oddpaw staired at his mentor in confusion, wait was Bluepelt exled from StormClan 또는 somthing, Oddpaw wondered,was I wrong to be nice to her, instead of treating her like an intruder?
Mosswin tured to Oddpaw, "Oddpaw, Im shocked 당신 didnt see the resemblence! Stormstars, Bluepelts mother! They look almost identicle! And 당신 grew up around Parchheart, who has the same body shape as Bluepelt and the same medum muzzel!"
Oddpaws eyes widend but he remained silent as Mosswing guided Bluepelt with her tail back to camp and Oddpaw brought up the rear, his tail dragging againt the ground and head low.
