Nat woke up to someone shaking her, " 저기요 여우 girl wake up! I want to talk to you!" She heard and opened her eyes and was staring into two deep blue eyes," Ahhhh!!" Nat screamed and slid backward. She could see who those eyes belonged to and it was a white female cat. She was wearing slightly torn clothes and wasn't wearing and shoes 또는 gloves. She looked about the same age as Nat. Then the cat spoke," Finally you're awake! 당신 know how long I was sitting there shaking ya'? Not very long, but it seemed like hours!" Nat just stared at her," Who are you?" Nat asked. "Who am I? I should be asking 당신 that question. You're the one walking in my forest for the past few weeks and sleeping. I'm Tiny, nice to meet ya'." Nat was confused and tired,"...I'm Nat. Sorry about intruding on your forest. I didn't think it belonged to anybody." Nat noticed that her right eye was a little different then her left eye," What's wrong with your eye?" Nat asked. "Nothing. I don't think. I don't usually know if something is wrong in my right eye, cause I'm blind in that eye." Tiny said. Nat was going to say sorry but then she heard a chainsaw. She looked in the direction it was coming from and turned back to Tiny, but she was gone. Then she saw leaf vines fall from the 나무, 트리 above her and she saw Tiny in the tree," What are 당신 doing up there?!" Nat called. Tiny looked down at her, "Protecting my forest!" Then Tiny jumped from 나무, 트리 branch to 나무, 트리 branch, towards where the chainsaw was. "Wait!" Nat called and chased after her. When they got to where the noise was coming from, Nat hid in some bushes and Tiny was hidden in the trees. Nat saw three people wearing construction clothes and with chainsaws, cutting down trees. One started to talk," Hey, What do 당신 think Bard wants with these trees?" Another person, much taller than the first, answered," I don't know, but we won't find out if we don't chop down all these trees. Get back to work!" Said the tall and smacked the small one. Scar and Nook! But who's this other guy?The third dark figure walked to them, " Are 당신 sure we're supposed to cutting down these trees? I get a weird feeling from this place." Scar growled at him," Of course we're allowed to! If Bard says we're allowed to, then we're allowed to. Now get back to work, before I 헤로인 당신 too!" Tiny must've knew who they were too, because she jumped out of the 나무, 트리 and tackled Nook. " I told 당신 to stay out of my forest!" She screamed and started to scratch Nook. " Help! It's that crazy cat girl again! Get her off me! Get her off me!" Cried Nook. Scar ran over to her and scared her off 의해 using the chainsaw's growl. She jumped back and attacked Scar as well. Scar dropped the chainsaw and tried to stop Tiny from clawing his eyes out. Nat noticed Nook pick up the chainsaw and start it up. Then started to walk towards Tiny," No!" Screamed Nat and she kicked Nook in the face, making drop the chainsaw. Scar threw Tiny off of him, grabbed her arms, and put them behind her back. Scar looked at the new guy," Why are 당신 just standing there?! Help us Cliff! 또는 are 당신 a scaredy cat?" " I'm not a cat, I'm a LYNX!," Cliff yelled and started his chainsaw and came after Tiny. Nat ran off of Nook and pulled on Scar's tail. He let out a yelp and let go of Tiny. Tiny, then flipped him over her head and threw him at a tree, knocking him out cold. Nat ran at Cliff and tripped him, making him fall face first into some mud. The chainsaw slid out of his reach. Tiny grabbed Nook and growled in his face," 당신 EVER come to my forest again, I'll make a scratching post out of you! Are 당신 hearing me, Bird Brain?!" Nook nodded," I hear you! I hear you! Please let me go!" Tiny dropped him and Nook and Cliff dragged Scar out of there. Nat turned to Tiny," Are 당신 ok?" Tiny nodded, the asked," why did 당신 help me?" Nat smiled," Let's just say that I've known them for a long time." Tiny smiled, but frowned. "Hey, what's wrong? Are 당신 hurt anywhere?" Nat asked. " They destroyed my forest. This is the fourth time they have come out here. They just keep chopping down trees, left and right. Soon, my only 집 will be gone, along with all the forest animals." Nat smiled," Luckily for you, I know just the person who can fix this. Why don't 당신 stay at my house tonight? I promise tomorrow, all this will be better than new." Tiny smiled and her and Nat picked up the chainsaws and walked home.
