The teen 별, 스타 still lives at 집 in what she calls “a Connecticut-style clapboard house” in Los Angeles with her five rescue dogs, and her mom and Brian, who both run Selena’s production company July Moon Productions.
“Living with my mom and Brian helps me to be down-to-earth and to keep things real,” Selena told Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper.
“I consult them about everything I do, especially because my mom is my manager. She’s someone who loves me and wants the best for me. So even though I’m living this life and have been given such wonderful opportunities, I still have my parents with me to tell me ‘no’.”
“My mum and I just get to the point and 샵 — but I just talk and don’t really do anything with my friends,” she added.
“I definitely get 더 많이 accomplished with my mom. I think we are similar in many ways.”
Gomez recently admitted she’s glad her relationship with Jonas Brothers 별, 스타 Nick Jonas ended because being single means she can focus on what’s most important to her.
“I’m happy that is all in the past now,” she said of her relationship with the Jonas Brothers rocker.
“I’m very much single, I’m dating myself now — I think if 당신 don’t 사랑 yourself first, no one else will 사랑 you.”
