^Are you saying that line is by Charlie? If yes, what makes you so sure? I always thought it was Jill because she was the one with dripping hatred of Sidney and the one who wanted her dead. And if I remember correctly that line was followed by the "You're gonna die when I want you to and not a moment before. Until then you're going to suffer." which most definitely had to be Jill.

That's true. It really could have been either of them, I just always assumed it was Charlie because of the surrounding events. I thought Jill was still at her house with Kirby at the time.
