The 초 arc start with Mamoru who goes to America(Harvard) to study. The new villain for arc two is Sailor Galaxia. This is where Sailor Starlights step in. Seiya(Sailor 별, 스타 Fighter) fell in 사랑 with Usagi.Also, besides Sailor Starlights there another new characters Sailor Chibichibi Moon and Princess Kakyuu.
