If 당신 think of it as "What number can 당신 subtract half (as in 0.5) from..." then it's 0.5 because 0.5-0.5=0
Or...
If 당신 see it as "What number can 당신 subtract half (of its self) from..." then it's 0, because 0-0=0.
So, logically, the answer can be either 0 또는 0.5.
