How can I deal with Insomnia???

It's far from being the worst case of it (thank god) but it's still hard to live with...Any suggestions??? Please?

What helps for me is music. Whenever I can't sleep I put on 음악 (either on my headphones 또는 normal). Make sure it is calming music. Only soft ballads 또는 even classical music. I put in on very, very quietly. Then, when I try to sleep I focus on the 음악 (I have to to hear it, because the volume is so low). That helps me prevent wandering thoughts that might keep me up. Sometimes I think I've only heard a few songs, but it was actually a lot of them! At some point I get so sleepy I can turn the 음악 off and fall straight asleep. If 당신 like, 당신 could also keep it on. As inner_kim said, warm 우유 can also help 당신 relax before 당신 go to sleep. I like to drink it already sitting in bed.

Thanks Eline! I tried the warm 우유 thingy, and it kinda helps but not always...Next time I can't fall asleep I'll combine the 우유 with some 음악 :3 Thanks again

음악 does help me but I also use a 책 on tape ( 또는 CD ) never fails : even when I'm really interested in the book I end up falling asleep listening to it ! Buy a boring book to be sure 당신 fall asleep! Go to a thrift store and get some cheap !
