Never officially in the original show 또는 PPGZ. In PPGD Blossom is currently w/ 덱스터 (shown below) and the RRB had only a few pages about them when Butch fought XJ-9. But it does show Boomer 일 dreaming about Bubbles a lil bit. So as of right now, they've only coupled up in 팬 fiction and 팬 art. (the picture below is from PPGD done 의해 Bleedman. Just to make it clear, I'm not trying to steal anyone's artwork)
